CCrafts
Stuck in between wanting to stay home to be with her kids and wanting to pursue work outside of the house, Claudia Stephan became inspired. After earning a B.A. in Business Administration at Bethlehem University, Claudia birthed an idea that combined both her passions, entrepreneurship and working with her kids. What started out as a simple idea soon became her own craft workshop, CCrafts, which she then founded in 2013.
It started with just olive wood ornaments for tourists, but with the political situation escalating in Palestine, she decided to shift her work from appealing to tourists to something more sustainable, appealing to locals. In her own experience with her kids, she noticed she struggled to find gifts and toys that were challenging and interesting but also durable. This is where her idea for the wooden puzzles you see today came from. With the rising use of technology in children, Claudia wanted to create a toy that shifts kids’ attention away from the distractions of technology and towards working together in a challenging yet exciting activity.

CCrafts has now expanded beyond puzzles and ornaments by venturing into coasters, candle holders, arabesque decorations, and more. Each craft is focused on promoting a mix of education and fun for children
