Return and Refund Policy
We hope that you love your new order! But if you don’t, we would be happy to issue you store credit or a refund.
You have 30 days after your order has been delivered to return or exchange new, unaltered, and unused items. Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days after delivery.
Email us at email@example.com or call us at 510-548-0542 to start the process of a return. Please include the original packing list in your return package. Once the package is received, we will process the return and notify you via email.
If you receive the wrong items, or items that are defective, you will qualify for store credit or a refund. If your package is damaged or incorrectly shipped please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 510-548-0542 as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs if we are not at fault.
