Embroidered Tea Towel - Zeitoun

This tea towel features a zeitoun (olive in English) tatreez motif. Olive trees have a deeply rooted significance in Palestinian history, culture and cuisine that connects Palestinians to their land and ancestors. The olive trees’ ability to thrive in harsh conditions mirrors the Palestinian struggle for survival and endurance.This zeitoun tea towel is hand embroidered on traditional Mansouri cotton woven in Palestine. Dimensions: 24" x 17.5"
