Embroidered Linen Pouch (Violet) - Gaza Necklace

This medium sized linen pouch is hand embroidered with what is known as the “Gaza Necklace” pattern which has historically been the pattern of embroidery used on the chest panel of traditional thobes (dresses) of Gaza. As the name implies the embroidery drapes around the neckline of a dress like a necklace.
