A good mix of style and solidarity, our new Nablus Keffiyeh Bandanas are a little bigger than your usual bandana yet smaller and perhaps a bit dressier than a traditional keffiyeh. Made from a soft, silky fabric that drapes beautifully, you can wear it around your neck, on your head or even tie it onto your bag.
This particular Keffiyeh Bandana is named after the Jaffa Oranges of Palestine.
The Palestinian Jaffa orange, particularly the Shamouti variety, which was known for its sweet taste and easy-to-peel skin, originated in the mid-19th century in Ottoman Palestine from Arab farmers.
The industry thrived, becoming an important symbol of Palestinian prosperity and land ownership. However, after the 1948 occupation of Palestine many Palestinian citrus groves were confiscated and became state property, transforming the orange from a symbol of pride into one of dispossession
Dimentions: 27” x 27”

Nablus Keffiyeh Factory
The Nablus Keffiyeh Factory is an old textile factory in the northern West Bank that had been closed for years due to the Israeli occupation's stifling of the local economy. In 2023, a group of young Palestinians helped re-open the factory in order to make traditional products including high quality keffiyehs. The factory already employs 6 people working hard to make the keffiyehs to sell locally and internationally.
